I noticed you show nothing for LAPL, but there are several digital collections (not exhibits) at http://www.lapl.org/collections-resources/visual-collections. Some of the listings you have are more collections than exhibits. The menu and citrus label collections are key but the photo collection has a lot of food imagery in it. You might look at the images of LA by Ansel Adams. However, watch for “To Live and Dine in L.A.”, a menu exhibit and book coming this summer.
