While studying the library trade at Michigan, I had the good fortune to work with two incredible culinary collections, first at the Rare Books Library at the University of Pennsylvania, and later at the Longone Culinary Archive at the William L. Clements Library at the University of Michigan.
These days I’m in the private sector; I try to stay connected with libraries and food by writing this blog and by eating…a lot.
